1. Using INEED
INEED connects people who need something with nearby members who offer it. You must provide accurate account details and use the app lawfully.
2. Members and providers
INEED is not a party to any agreement between a requester and a provider. Members are responsible for what they offer, request, pay for and deliver.
3. Provider Space
Provider visibility requires a paid Provider Space for a fixed period. It does not renew automatically. When it expires, availability closes and your configuration is kept.
4. Content and conduct
Do not post unlawful, harmful or misleading content, and do not impersonate INEED or another member. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
5. Support and complaints
You can contact the INEED team from the Chats screen for complaints, transaction issues and safety concerns.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. The version you accepted is recorded with your account.
