What we collect
Your account details (name, username, email), your profile content, your approximate location if you allow it, your messages, and your Provider Space payment records.
Location
Location is optional and stored approximately. Other members only ever see a locality label and a distance — never your exact coordinates.
Messages
Messages and images are visible to you and the person you are talking to. Conversations with INEED Support are visible to the INEED support team.
Payments
Provider Space payments are processed by Paystack. We store the reference, plan, amount and status — never your card details.
Your choices
You can edit your profile, turn location off, close your availability, or contact INEED Support with any privacy request.
